Cancel or change order
Once we take orders directly into treatment your order can not be canceled or modified.

We do our very best to inform you correctly whether an article in our stock or not. If an item is nevertheless not available, we will promptly contact you.

Payment method
The Berghoeve shop uses the online payment methods iDEAL or PayPal. This way you can do the payment directly with your own bank. Also if you come pick up the package, the order has to be paid online.
Shipping costs
It is for shipping in the Netherlands to 30 kg € 7.50 shipping fee. When the weight of the order is greater than 30 kg you will be charged extra postage.
For other countries we charge the following prices (up to 30 kg).
Belgium + Germany: € 12,50
Luxembourg + France + Italy + UK + Austria + Spain € 17,50

Sending gift cards
No shipping costs will be charged for sending gift cards.

Pick up the order at the shop
If you choose to pick up the order at the Berghoeve shop, no shipping costs will be charged.
If chosen "pick up at the store Berghoeve Brewery" option then orders can basically be picked up the next day. It is wise to pre-establish contact here, not to come to a closed door.

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible after payment has been received. If the items are in stock, the order will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. Around extra busy periods, such as holidays, there may be different delivery times.

Check your order within 2 working days of receipt. Timely inform us of any complaints.

The item is damaged
Give the damage through We will contact you as soon as possible. As described in our terms and conditions, Berghoeve is not responsible for the damage during delivery. We will always try to arrive at an appropriate solution.

You are not satisfied about an article
Are you not satisfied? Please contact us ASAP via Then we look for a suitable solution. Please mention the order number.

Sending back an item, without giving any reason, is possible within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an email to Mention in the e-mail: name, address of residence, invoice number and reason for return. After receiving the email Berghoeve Brewery will contact you to make arrangements for the return.
The costs of return are for your own account. If the product has been well received by us, the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account. The items must be returned in good condition. Items should be complete, unused, undamaged, unworn, not to be opened or unopened. The article is, if possible, still in the original packaging. In addition, the receipt or invoice must be shown. Gift certificates can not be returned. The return is at your own risk.

Swapping your items is only possible in our store. It is wise to pre-establish contact here, not to come to a closed door.
